HELP CONNOR REPLACE HIS STOLEN BIKE

Hi my name is Helen and I'm raising funds for my son . Connor is 14 years old and has autism and adhd . Over the last 2 years Connor had isolated himself in the house from the outside world . It started where Connor wouldn't leave the house due to feeling unsafe after being assaulted in South Shields back in may 2022 . Connor then decided while being in the house that he was going to save any money he got from birthdays,Christmases , pocket money and little jobs he was doing to make his dreams come true and get himself a talaria sting r . On the 23rd of July 2024 Connor's dream came true . He finally had enough money which he saved all by himself and he purchased his bike from bike sport in Newcastle .he paid £4295 for this which is a lot of money :( When they delivered it to him he said this was the best day of his life ! Finally the last two years had paid off he got what he wanted finally . Seeing Connor smile again and become fixated with this bike and him leaving the house was amazing ! This was his pride and joy . Every morning Connor set his alarm for 5am and went out for a couple of hours by himself learning how to ride , do wheelies and learn his own little tricks he could on his new talaria bike . He would come home every morning proud as punch and excited to tell us what he'd learnt . He wasn't bothering anyone or harming anyone and spent his time in the woods everyday loving his life .Connor got back into his own little routine and obsessed over his bike (due to his autism he becomes obsessed with certain things ) he would come back everyday and wash it and get his towel out and dry it and buff it all up to keep it looking brand new . Unfortunately on the 10/09/2024 our home was burgaled for his bike and my partners bike . This has broken connors heart . Hes only had his new bike for just over a month. This has totally affected Connor and he's now back to sitting in his room all of the time watching people on bikes on YouTube saying here's to another 2 year of saving to get another one . Connor didn't get anything but money for birthdays and Christmas and he only wanted money to save for his bike . It's breaking my heart watching my son so upset and depressed over this :(

I can't deal with his mental health been affected by this and spending more of his teenage years locked away in his bedroom saving money up . I've promised Connor I will help him to get the money to get another one . So here I am trying to get help aswell. I feel stupid doing this but thought that it's worth a try . Anything to help him towards a new one. I set a gal of £1000 even to help towards a deposit for him .

update on 28/09/24 I recieved a email saying £62.11 was being sent to my bank I didn't request this I just had to set up withdrawals incase anyone wonders as the withdrawals were set up daily and I've changed it to monthly ❤️
