We are trying to raise funds for Valkyries Rugby.

We are a girls only rugby club based in Wrexham but we cover both Wrexham and Flintshire.

What are the benefits of girls playing rugby?

Playing girls rugby offers numerous benefits. It promotes physical fitness, build teamwork and communication skills as players must work together. it boosts self-confidence and self-esteem, as it challenges players to push their limits and overcome obstacles.

That's what we are trying to do. We are not just making rugby players but we are creating and supporting strong developing women.
