Elaine and Family Bushfire help!
Donation protected
Hi Everyone,
Some of you are already aware that my Manager, Elaine and her family have lost everything today in the horrendous bushfire in Wooroloo.
Elaine spent so long trying to find the perfect bush retreat for her little family and had made a little oasis in the country and has only been in the home for a couple of months. To say she is devastated is an absolute understatement and i will admit i did have a little cry for her after speaking with her this evening.
It would mean the world to me if you could share this around to anyone you think may be able to help out. Even if you can't donate money, take a look around your home - is there something you were thinking of taking to the salvos that they may be able to use? Tea towels, blankets, kids toys or books (for a 6 and 7yr old), saucepans, anything you think you no longer need, please contact me.
Elaine and family will be starting from scratch - remember how hard that was? You need EVERYTHING!!!!
We need to help her start somewhere and the less stuff she has to think about right now the better.
With all the craziness going on right now, if we can band together and give our fearless leader a helping hand to get back on her feet, the world will be a much sweeter place to be for her.
Thank you and stay safe all! xxx
