Mark’s Recovery

My name is Olivia and I’m creating this for my father, Mark Martin. Recently, he was admitted to the hospital for having Pneumonia… but unfortunately, while there, we found out far more bad news than we wanted to. He had a stroke, which he is still recovering from. He has severe lung issues and an infection in his blood and his body is not responding to the antibiotics. Test results are still pending but it’s pretty clear what unfortunately lies ahead for him and our family.

Due to these severe health issues, he cannot work - indefinitely. He has no health insurance due to recently starting his own business. (If you know anything about starting a business - it can be extremely difficult.)

My dad is the provider for my mom but also, his entire family. We always say he is the rock of our family and keeps us all in check. It goes so much deeper than that, though. He has changed peoples lives through his love and compassion for them. He’s a mentor to so many people that are recovering from addiction, hardships, abuse, everything. He dedicates his time giving back to others and expects nothing in return. This is why my family & I are doing this….. he deserves the help because all he’s ever done IS HELP! Please pray for him, share this and know that every cent is appreciated. We need our favorite person to be ok.
