Support Cody's Recovery and Family Needs

Hello, I’m Stephanie Cody’s Fiancé. Cody has asked me to start this for the friends and family that have been asking us how they can be of help! On Sept 23rd 2024 Cody’s blood pressure spiked to 240/128 and he was left unresponsive for about 45mins to a hour. In that time something happened to his brain function left him with some serious side effects. After two different hospital stays and multiple tests we still have no answers to what happened and when he will regain the functions he lost. He has lost a good bit of memory, has daily migraines, slowed speech and loss of his normal day to day mobility.

With all that being said we are both currently off work with leave without pay as he did not have short term disability, and I could not get FMLA as we are not married. We are doing this GoFundMe just to help the ones that wanted to donate to us. We’re not asking anyone to give money they don’t have or to put them in a bad position. We do not want anyone to feel obligated to donate. We are hoping this is only temporary. The money from the GoFundMe will help pay for groceries and day-to-day necessities, medical bills and gas to and from school for the kids and doctors appointments. If you cannot donate we fully understand all we ask for is your prayers as this is truly in gods hands.
