Andrea's Cancer Battle

Somedays are bright and some days are dark, as this is the certainty of life.  But there is significance in the power of friendship and love to make those dark days brighter.  Our dear friend Andrea has started her journey in conquering and dominating her battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma stage 3Bs.

Please let me tell you about Andrea: she has the power of strength (both mind and body) on her side.  Before she was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma and even during her pregnancy, she was an active member in Crossfit.  She is concious of what she puts into her body and a promoter of organic foods.  She takes part in protecting our earth, encouraging us all to recycle.  She has cared for numerous acutely ill patients in the hospital while working as a nurse tech.  In February of this year, she gave birth to her first son that her and her husband John chose to name Graham.  It was just a few short months after Graham was born that she was diagnosed with cancer.  It is with love and support that she will win this fight.  She has just started her 6 month treatment plan of chemotherapy.

Andrea has given a lot and its our turn to show her what we can give to her.  Please send her words of encouragement, positive thoughts and prayers...the more the better. Lets lift her up.  But financial assistance will be appreciated as well.  We can help lesson the rising medical bills that will be coming up in the next 6 months....the cost of raising a newborn baby on an (unexpected) single income....basically the costs of being diagnosed with cancer.  Any type or amount of donation is greatly appreciated by Andrea, her husband John and son Graham.  Thank you in advance from her friends and family as well.  Our new mission is to give strength to this women who has been so strong for so long.
