The Last Gift

I am starting this GoFund in loving memory of my mother, Melissa, who unexpectedly passed away due to underlying heart issues. As many people her age, my mother did not have a life insurance policy-I guess we always think we will have more time- and as we all know the funeral expenses can be costly. My grandparents, her parents, paid for her cremation and services and my aunt Dawn paid for her plot as she wanted to have a special place for everyone to go to visit my mom. We are looking at headstones which can be very expensive. I would like to contribute and get a headstone that she deserves. I am not sure how my family will feel about this GoFundMe, but this is a last gift I want to be able to give to my mom.
