75 HARD
Hi my names Tony and I will be taking part in the 75 hard challenge to raise awareness for drugs and alcohol across our community.
The majority of people in this city has had their lives affected through drugs and alcohol in some format, whether it’s to themselves or to their family/friends.
Therefore for 75 days I will be sticking to these 5 steps everyday;
1. A healthy diet (no cheats, no alcohol)
2. Completing two 45min workouts a day (1 outside)
3. Drinking a gallon of water
4. Reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book (self development/entrepreneurial)
5. Taking progress pics
As an extra challenge since this charity is meaningful to me and my family I will be adding these 2 extra steps every day;
6. No warm showers (cold only)
7. No social media
And if I fail one of the steps I start back to day 1!
H.U.R.T is a great local charity that helps tackle this issue, and has been doing so for 21 years now; therefore, this is my selected charity.
