Help for Blake

Blake has had a terrible accident and needs our help to buy a new bike, pay rent and hire a lawyer!

 

If you've ever eaten at MacLeod Ale before, you've likely had your pizza delivered to you by Blake Kennedy, one of our hard working and friendly food runners. Blake moved here from New Jersey to pursue acting, just as the pandemic hit. We found a spot for him at MacLeod and he's been an awesome addition to the team!

 

LA is not cheap, and Blake saves money by living with roommates and riding his bike to work.

 

Last week, just before Christmas, Blake was hit by a car and left for dead in a hit and run accident. He suffered a broken collarbone, a punctured lung, and his bike is destroyed. There were bystanders and security footage, so the car has been identified and Blake will be pursuing restitution in the courts.

 

In the meantime, Blake won't be able to work for weeks, so while he is getting Disability payments etc. sorted out he needs help paying his everyday bills such as rent. Also, he needs a new bike! AND he definitely needs a lawyer!

 

If you can help in any way, it would mean so much to us at MacLeod and to Blake. We need to take care of our clan!
