Help 8 year old Awa in Coma with a Kidney failure

Thank you so much for the time you take reading this. Our daughter, cousin, niece Hawa is just 8 years old and was recently diagnosed with a kidney failure and an Edema in the brain which is growing more and more with as days pass. She felt in the coma ever since she was admitted in the hospital.
She’s not responding to treatment and has to be taken out of the country for better treatment.
Hawa is 8years old and she was taken in critical conditions to the hospital in the morning of the 28th April 2021.
All began with severe abdominal pains She was very weak and In pains. When she arrived in the hospital that morning, she was in complete Shortage of blood which made her to fall in the coma. She had to receive immediate blood transfusion that morning. 3 pockets of blood was transfused that morning. She made 10 days in HDF hospital then, since she wasn’t reacting to treatment, she was taken to another hospital to her to be taken more in charge. Series of test were carried out and we received a heartbreaking news she is suffering from kidney failure and dialysis was the also treatment possible she had to received.
She was moved to a better hospital( CHU hospital Yaounde cameroon) were dialysis treatment is frequent. She has been receiving dialysis treatment for 2 weeks now and her situation is not getting better. Doctors couldn’t figure out why she didn’t get up from coma after treatments, series of test were carried out and after a scanner and IRM test , Unfortunately, cerebral Edema (swelling due to trapped fluid in the brain) was diagnosed which is getting bigger with time .
Antibiotics have been administered to her but she’s still not responding to treatment.
She has to be moved urgently out of Cameroon to Turkey for better and urgent medical treatment for both Edema and kidney failure.
Because of the aggressiveness of Awa, we don’t have time on our side, she needs to be taken out of the country as soon as possible. Fundraising is the only option for us now.
