W. J. KEENAN RAIDER "RUBBER" BAND
Donation protected
The W. J. Keenan High School Marching Band better known as the Marching Keenan Raider “Rubber” Band has been nominated by the Honorable Mayor Steve Benjamin to represent the State of South Carolina and Richland One School District in the 2017 National Memorial Day Parade in Washington DC, May 25th-May 29th. We are equally excited because W. J. Keenan is the only school representing the State of South Carolina.
As you are aware, with any trip and/or travel there will be expenses. Therefore, we are requesting assistance to offset the costs for lodging, meals, and transportation, etc.
The marching band is comprised of 60 middle and high school students. Our goal is to help each band student raise $700. We are doing our part with fundraising as well. We ask that you please consider donating to what may be a once in a life time event for some of our students.
On behalf of the W. J. Keenan High School Band Program, thanks in advance for your support!
