Emergency car expenses

Hi my name is Carol, I am trying to raise money to do emergency unexpected repairs on m car. I am on disability and do not have the means to fix it. It is my only way to get around to all of my medically necessary appointments. My car is also the only thing left of the inheritance from my father who passed away from a car accident. I had savings but my service animal had to have emergency surgery and it took all my savings. Any help or donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
