Support Muhammad's Family's Journey to Safety
Donazione protetta
Hello, my name is Mohammed. I am a Palestinian refugee in Belgium. I migrated from the Gaza Strip from Turkey to Greece across the sea to reach Belgium so that I could achieve a better future for me and my family.
Here I am trying to save my family from genocide in Gaza. With your donation, you will save the lives of 10 members of my family, three of whom are children, and a child who suffered a respiratory injury and suffered serious complications.
My parents, brothers, and sisters are now living in a shelter center in the city of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, after being displaced several times from one place to another. We live in miserable conditions in a tent made of nylon, which does not protect us from cold, heat and rain. Our house was demolished. We have lost many of our dear relatives and friends. We do not want to die like them, but rather we want to live a normal life like any family in the world. We lived a beautiful, interesting and wonderful life before the war.
My family members are:
My father, Hussein (58 years old): A kind and good father. He is a government employee. He worked hard to give us a good life. In this war, he always risked his life to provide us with everything we needed in these difficult circumstances, but he lost his job due to the ongoing war since the 7th of October, and now He has no income, all his life savings were lost and spent in these circumstances.
My mother, Ahlam (56 years old): A simple housewife, she worked hard to raise us and take care of us so that we would become successful people in the future. She suffers from chronic high blood pressure. She needs good medical care, but now there are no medications and proper medical care, she deserves to live the rest of her life in safety, and get good medical care.
My brother Ramadan 31 years old , married and has 3 children, Rahaf, Sami, and Miral. He got a temporary job at the Islamic University in Gaza.
He lived a simple life with his wife and children before the war broke out and he lost his job.
His daughter, Rahaf, contracted hepatitis due to malnutrition, polluted drinking water, and the accumulation of garbage in the roads, as well as the accumulation of bodies under destroyed homes everywhere.
Rahaf is still wondering why her friend Sarah is absent, but we cannot tell her that her friend Sarah will never return.
His son Sami, who is 5 years old, suffered a respiratory injury. It was a difficult moment, as the doctors told us that he might lose his life due to the lack of medical equipment and the lack of medical staff. He was rescued at the last moments by a doctor in the Rafah area, but he is suffering from the effects of this injury.
And his little daughter, Miral, who was born in the third week of the war. Miral’s age increases with the age of this war. I hope that we all celebrate Miral’s birthday in a safe place away from killing, and that I do not lose any of them.
My younger brother, Hossam, is 24 years old. A diligent and intelligent student was preparing to graduate from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Islamic University of Gaza, but the war prevented him from completing the procedures and requirements for graduation, as the university was completely destroyed and most of the university’s lecturers and workers were assassinated.
My beautiful older sister, Abeer (21 years old), studies at Al-Aqsa University in the Commerce Department. My sister Malak (19 years old) studies at Palestine University in the Nursing Department.
Malak and Abeer were left without a home, without a university, and without friends after they lost many of their friends as a result of the war.
and My beautiful little sister, Mays 15 years old ,She is a wonderful, beautiful little girl. Mays is in the ninth grade. She loves playing with her friends, and goes to school, but her school was destroyed, and many of her friends died because of the war. Now she is homeless, living in a tent and sad, and wishes to go to school and live in a warm house like all the children in the world.
We are an ambitious family and we love our lives, but our home was destroyed, all dreams and memories were shattered, and the only way to save us from death and this genocide is to evacuate us from Gaza. The only way is through the Rafah land crossing, which costs $5,000-7,000 per person, depending on their age.
There no safe place in Gaza , bombing everywhere and death getting closer to us , please help to evacuate from Gaza , share this account in social media and your friends to save our lives from death .
