Kurtis Lee fund

Hi, my name is Rhonda as many of you know my husband Kurtis Lee suffered a very severe spinal cord injury on Saturday, July 8th, 2023 which caused him to lose mobility and feeling from chest down.

He underwent successful surgery to stabilize his spine, but he will require intense physical therapy for 2 years. Time will tell if he’ll regain movement again. We are praying for a miracle, and believing the words he has spoken to us daily of making a full recovery and being that 10% to be able to walk again.

We have a long road ahead of us, but we are only human to not think of the strain this will have on us financially, emotionally, and mentally. My husband is self employed (flooring installer) with no health plan. As we move from two incomes to one, we are “Going to require” many helping hands at this time. My husband will require special modifications at home to help him with his condition, in everyday life. Currently, I am completely out of work to help support my husband. I am under a tremendous amount of uncertainty as we don’t have any assistance. However, we believe through prayer and everyone’s help, he will get better and we will get through this. I am asking everyone to come together through prayer, and kindly ask for help. Whatever you can give would be greatly appreciated, but mostly please pray for us. We need your support more than ever.
