Legal Representation and financial support

My name is Michelle Loud, and I currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Throughout my pregnancy with my son Jason, I grappled with prenatal depression, a struggle that persisted into postpartum depression after Jason's birth. In a gesture of support, my childhood friend stepped in to help with my other children and the newborn. Recognizing her dedication and the challenges she faced in conceiving; I honored her as Jason's godmother as a token of gratitude. As a minister at our shared church, my friend generously offered postpartum counseling through our church ministry. Regrettably, my trust was betrayed when my friend, seeking permanent custody of Jason, revealed confidential information from my counseling sessions, leading the court to terminate my parental rights. Hindered by her family's prominence and considerable financial resources, I've been unable to secure equivalent legal representation to contest the custody battle. Until Jason is reunited with me, a void persists in my heart. I extend my heartfelt thanks for any contributions to aid in this challenging journey.
