Lauren is a hardworking mother of two young boys.  She was diagnosed with breast cancer in April and since her world has changed.  She had a lumpectomy in May and will start chemo therapy this month.  Her chemo will last a few months and will take a toll on her family both emotionally and financially.  And it won’t end there, radiation will follow.  There are sure to be days after treatments Lauren will not feel well enough to work.  Although her insurance is terrific and will cover most costs there are still many other expenses she will have to cover.
Watching her go through this has been most difficult.  And what is even more heartbreaking is knowing that she has quite a road ahead of her.  This is an amazing way we can all do something to show our support and help in anyway that we can!
