Cyclist Battles Cancer

I am writing on behalf of Harold as he is in hospital. This is his account and your kind donations will go directly to his account.

Harold is a fellow cyclist, who was badly injured in a car accident yesterday, as he was driving to the  regular Saturday Galiz ride. His car was hit from behind by a distracted lady who  was merging on to the i595 at an excessive speed.  She rammed his car from  behind. His car overturned and rolled over many times.  Harold is lucky  to be alive.

Harold has had a string of bad luck and had just got approved for housing. He was to move after the ride, so all his possessions were in his car, and they were strewn all over a half mile of 595. His bicycle was destroyed and even his cycling shoe was in the middle of the road. I passed the scene and saw this first hand.
