ziyad and his family need your help

My name is Oussama  and I'm a canadian citizen living in montreal. My dear nephew Ziad  and his family from Gaza are trying to raise funds for getting out of gaza and to rebuild their house. Due to there geographical location and restrictions from GoFundMe I am stepping in to help launch this campaign. All donations will go directly to ziad and his family. Please support if you can, any amount, however small can bring hope and It helps  build what has been lost.

Hello dear supporters! I’m Ziad. 

I'm reaching out to you all to help us evacuate from Gaza And contributing to rebuild our home. The ongoing genocide in Gaza and the imminent land operation in Rafah where we're currently sheltering has rendered life one endless episode of anxiety and fear. Dreaming of going back home in the north has made it possible to push through the chaos of daily life where bombardment and the changing of shelters are constants. We have changed five roofs in five months, but we persevered and endured because war's eventually going to end and we're going back home. Wrong. The months wore on with no foreseeable end in sight and home's apparently been wiped out along with the entirety of our neighborhood. We found out we have no home a couple of weeks ago and life's been pretty hopeless ever since.

We couldn't obtain any more pictures due to the difficulty of accessing our area, as it is considered a dangerous zone.

•  Meet my family: 
  

We are a family of four, consisting of my mother, father, sister, and myself. My elder sister Mina, currently in her fourth year of medical school, is studying to become a doctor of pharmacy (pharm D), while I have completed my secondary education and obtained a high school diploma (Tawjihi) with a 90% average. I have since embarked on learning the German language at the Goethe Institute to prepare for admission to German government universities, where I intend to study AI Engineering. This is what was planned, but unfortunately, fate has brought us here. We are without a home, my sister and I are now without education, and our lives are threatened every moment. We seek your assistance to escape from here to preserve our safety and to rebuild our destroyed home. The uncertain future of Ziad's education was one of the main drivers behind the creation of this link. Our sense of responsibility towards our parents is also profound, as the destroyed home represents years of their hard work. This campaign means a lot to us because it has the potential to alter the catastrophic course our lives have taken.

•  What about our suffering and our feelings? 
  

In short, all the disasters that could happen in a person's life have occurred all at once. Losing your city, being forced out of your home against your will, holding onto the hope of returning only to find that there is no home anymore and that you have lost all your important possessions, clothes, and memories in that home. Having your education interrupted and losing a year of your academic journey without significant achievements, feeling like you're living in a black hole due to suffering, anxiety, the slow passage of time, and the absence of any form of life. Losing many of the people you know.

•  Why this target? 
  

 Let's agree that there is no safety except by crossing borders and entering Egypt, and the cost ranges from $5000 to $7000 per person, which is the cost of survival. For four people, it means $20,000 to $28,000. The remaining portion of the donations will contribute to rebuilding our destroyed home. Time is running out, many families have sought help, but before it could be provided, something unfortunate happened to them. 

The funds raised will be used transparently and credibly.

مرحباً اعزائي الداعمين أسمي زياد. و انا بصدد الطلب منكم مساعدتي انا و عائلتي في السفر من غزة و المساهمة في اعادة بناء منزلنا. إن الإبادة الجماعية المستمرة في غزة والعملية البرية الوشيكة في رفح جعلت الحياة حلقة لا نهاية لها من القلق والخوف. الحلم بالعودة إلى البيت في الشمال جعل من الممكن تجاوز معاناة الحياة اليومية حيث أصبح القصف وتغيير البيوت و الملاجئ أمر روتيني. لقد قمنا بتغيير أربعة بيوت في ستة أشهر، لكننا ثابرنا وتحملنا لأن الحرب ستنتهي في نهاية المطاف وسنعود إلى ديارنا. خطأ. مرت الأشهر دون أن تلوح في الأفق أي نهاية متوقعة ويبدو أن المنزل قد تم محوه. لقد اكتشفنا أنه لم يعد لدينا منزل منذ بضعة أسابيع، وأصبحت الحياة ميؤوس منها منذ ذلك الحين.

 تعرف على عائلتي:

 نحن عائلة مكونة من ٤ افراد، امي و ابي و انا و اختي، منة اختي الكبرى و هي حالياً في سنتها الدراسية الرابعة في كلية الطب و علوم الصحة تقوم بدراسة دكتور صيدلي و انا انهيت تعليمي المدرسي و حصلت على شهادة بكالوريا (توجيهي) بمعدل ٩٠٪؜ ثم بدأت بتعلم اللغة الألمانية في معهد غوتا حتى استطيع الإلتحاق بالجامعات الألمانية الحكومية و اقوم بدراسة هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي. هذا ما كان مخطط له و لكن لسوء الحظ انتهى بنا المطاف الى هنا، نحن بلا منزل، انا و اختي الآن بلا تعليم و حياتنا مهددة بالخطر في كل لحظة و نطلب منكم المساعدة لنخرج من هنا للحفاظ على سلامتنا و لإعادة بناء منزلنا الذي تم تدميره. مستقبل زياد التعليمي الذي لم تعد معالمه واضحه كان احد الدوافع الرئيسية وراء انشاء هذا الرابط. شعورنا بالمسؤولية تجاه امي و ابي أيضاً لان هذا المنزل الذي تم تدميره هو ثمرة عملهم لسنين. هذه الحملة تعني لنا الكثير لانها ستغير مجرى حياتنا الذي أصبح كارثياً بالفعل.

 ماذا عن معاناتنا و مشاعرنا:

 بإختصار، جميع الكوارث التي يمكن ان تحصل في حياة الانسان لقد حصلت كلها في آن واحد. أن تفقد مدينتك، ان تخرج من منزلك رغماً عنك و تبقى على امل العودة اليه ثم تكتشف انه لم يعد هناك منزل وانك فقدت جميع مقتنياتك المهمة و ملابسك و جميع ذكرياتك في ذلك المنزل، أن يتم إيقاف دراستك و تخسر سنة من مسيرتك التعليمية بلا انجازات مهمة، ان تشعر وكأنك تعيش في ثقب أسود بسبب المعاناة و القلق و بطئ مرور الزمن و انعدام اي شكل من اشكال الحياة، أن تفقد الكثير من الأشخاص الذين تعرفهم.

 لما هذا الهدف؟

 لنتفق على انه لا يوجد أمان الا بعبور الحدود و الدخول الى مصر و تكلفة ذلك تتراوح بين ٥٠٠٠$-٧٠٠٠$ للشخص الواحد، أي تكلفة النجاة. لأربعة أشخاص يعني ٢٠،٠٠٠$-٢٨٠٠٠$ و الجزء المتبقي من التبرعات سوف يساهم في اعادة بناء منزلنا المدمر.

 الوقت ينفد، وقد طلبت العديد من العائلات المساعدة، ولكن قبل أن يتم تقديمها، حدث لهم شيء مؤسف.
