Nick Hovanessian Funeral Expenses

“It is with great sadness that a true friend, passed away on 25 Oct.  Nick Hovanessian left a hole in many of our hearts.  He was a person that everyone would have loved to have as a friend.  Nick was a valued member of both the DSN and Transpacific families over many years of service to JPL.  He was polite, caring, loving, supportive, very humble and a great father.    He was a great worker that never turned down an opportunity to impress you with his hard work. 

Nick was a type of person that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.  He was always there to lend a hand or just his warm friendship.   If you were his friend he cared about you and you knew it.

Nick left behind a son named Simon who meant the world to him.  Nick always talked about his son and he would speak about him with such enthusiasm and reverence that it made you feel like you actually knew him.  Nick loved Simon with all of his being.

Unfortunately life does not stop when you lose a loved one.  If you would like to help Simon or the family with the funeral or any other expenses, a Go Fund Me account was created for him. 

All funds will go to his son Simon.
