Tayler Ann Woods-Blackshear

Tayler Ann Woods was from San Jose, California and she was born March 15th 1993. Unfortunately, she was taken away from us too soon on June 28th 2023. She leaves behind her son Makai (10yrs old) who is the best little boy that I've ever had the privilege of raising these last 4 years. We got married on her birthday, at Circus Circus in Las Vegas, NV and she picked the same place that my father married my stepmother twenty years ago without even knowing it and that's how I knew that I found the love of my life. Somebody who you can grow old with together, Somebody to grab them some water when there thirsty, Somebody who knows how to understand or fix your problems before you even speak, Somebody who would spend all their time trying to help somebody in need. That's who Tayler was, Somebody would put her own health at jeopardy to help the next person. She loved turtles, she loved sunflowers. Her favorite colors were blue and green. But Lilo and Stitch was the one thing that she could never get enough of. As many of you who already know, she's been playing golf for more than 20 years. TAYLER, her Mom Louisa (Golf Coach) and her Evergreen High School Golf Girls were the Founding Team to start a Women's Golf Program at her School!!!  When we first got together, we both loved golf so much that we got lost in it while being in love at the same time.That was a passion that we shared together that brought out the best of us and it was breathtaking experiencing something that people dream about their whole lives in just a few years which is finding their partner that they want to play with no matter what. She was the best female golfer that i've ever seen or Had the privilege to lay eyes on. I can hear the sound of her Cobra's Club Face hitting our Wilson Staff Golf Balls in my ear and it tickles so good. Tayler was always first to volunteer to make Goody bags for makai's whole school. So when I met her, we would stay up till 5 AM. Making Goody bags for the entire school. Because everybody had to know who Makai was, but I never understood until I got to see Makai for myself and it made so much sense. Makai is really the boy that I wish I could have been back when I was younger because he is 100% Genuine!!!!!! God left me the greatest thing in the world. So I will be holding on to that for the rest of my life. Me and Makai will get through this because we have some of the greatest people in the world surrounding us. We will accept any donation that anybody is willing to give. It doesn't have to be money. It can be helping us through this tough time talking and hanging out. We really appreciate everyone who has reached out or helped Tayler during this past 4 years. We will stay strong!!! Thank you!!!
