Samantha’s Healing
Donation protected
Samantha, Randy and Wendy Lounds’ youngest daughter (age 8), was rushed by air-vac to Riley Children’s Hospital In Indianapolis on Sunday, August 4 to treat a brain infection caused by a severe sinus infection. (For now, this is the assumed cause. More tests are currently being conducted). Early Sunday, Samantha had a successful surgery to remove all of the infection and is on the road to recovery now. The recovery includes at least 6 weeks of IV antibiotics to treat the infection.
Randy and Wendy have lived overseas for 16 years. They have insurance but unfortunately, it doesn’t cover everything in the U.S. Medical bills have already started accumulating. The family was moving to Europe on August 7 to begin new jobs but obviously, things are different now. Doctors are saying she’ll need at least 8 weeks before she can go overseas.
If if you are able to help, any amount would be appreciated. If you cannot donate financially, please lift this family in your prayers.
