neighbor in need

"I am my brothers keeper".   Mike Deeter, my neighbor, uses this quote every time he posts something. He does his best to help others in need. Mike’s brother Jake died last March. This set Mike on a mission to do whatever he could to help people less fortunate than him. Mike started Jakes bridges, www.jakesbridge.com , a charity to help the homeless. Ironically, now Mike needs our help so he can stay in his home that he shares with his children and grandchildren. Lisa Hevalottie Deeter,     Mike’s wife of 30 years, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer the day after Christmas. She passed on April 3, 2015. The Deeter family has suffered great losses. Overwhelmed with grief and now financial hardship, Mike’s biggest wish is to put a headstone on Lisa’s grave. He also needs help with home repairs, and I would like to help Mike and his family stay in their home. The Deeter family needs our help so please.. help if you can. We are our brother’s Keeper.
