Saturday, December 2, 2023 Update:
Dear family and friends,
Gary spent a restful Thanksgiving week at home with his family then completed his first round of chemo in Melbourne on Monday, 11/27/23. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, 11/29/23, he was admitted to the ICU at Holmes Hospital with acute kidney failure. He was able to visit with close family and friends throughout the day on Thursday and kept the television set to a classical music station.
During the day on Friday, 12/1/23, Gary’s family decided together to transfer him to hospice care. He is calm, resting, and in no pain.
Please keep Gary and his family in your prayers during his final journey.
Wednesday, November 22, 2023 Update:
Dear family and friends,
Last week on Friday 11/17, Gary underwent an MRI and Gamma Knife radiation procedure in Orlando. The treatment went well and Gary was discharged on Monday 11/20 to go home for Thanksgiving. He is resting and enjoying time with his wife and family. He is very happy to be home for sure! He will start chemo treatments on 11-27-23 in Melbourne. Please keep him in your prayers as he continues to fight, one day at a time.
Continuing praying for Gary and his family!

Dear family and friends,
The Mousseau family needs our help. Our beloved Gary was recently diagnosed with brain and esophageal cancer. In early November, he underwent surgery in Orlando to remove one of several brain tumors. He is in good spirits, but has a long and difficult journey ahead.
Gary is an incredibly talented musician, educator, and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. He loves with his entire heart and has the kindest soul. He is the adoring husband to Maureen and the loving father to Justin and Jenna. He will do anything for anyone. He tells the best dad jokes and cares immensely for sea turtles.
It is now our turn to show him and his family how much he means to us.
