The Newtown Labor Day Parade is celebrating our Emerald Anniversary of 55 years!
Since its creation back in 1962, our town parade has grown to be the largest Labor Day Parade in the state!
With that said, at least three generations of friends and neighbors have watched the floats, cars and marchers parade down Main Street each year. This annual event helps to bring our families together for life-long memories. This is the event that has helped to bond the Newtown community.
