Prosthetic Eye

Hi. My name is Teresa Davis. I am the wife of Matthew Davis. I am setting up this go fund me page to help my husband get a prosthetic eye. He was shot in the right eye on August 28, 2022 and had his eye removed in September. His insurance does not cover the eye so we are trying to raise money to pay for the prosthetic.

We have a consultation with them next week and they are from Forth Worth. After gathering all the information on how to obtain one we found out with the insurance not being able to cover the prosthetic it will cost almost $4,000. This is something that we are praying about and will be having fundraisers to help raise the money for this major expense. This prosthetic eye will help him tremendously! I have to say my husband is so strong and has not given up and relies on God ! He fights day in and day out to learn how to adjust with one eye. He does continue to get major headaches but it’s expected with the trauma he endured. Please continue to pray for him!
