Why I'm fundraising

I know this is usually used for major medical or severe health but I’m desperate. As most of you know, my husband and I (who both work full time) have 3 children 13 and under. We were audited by the IRS and have until 5/30/24 to pay them $1600 something. I have known about this for a while and I have been so depressed and hopeless that I’ll never be able to pay them. We already struggle financially and I am so freaking scared. I’m not expecting the whole amount to be donated but anything will help.

The impact of your support

If I am able to get anything from $20 to $100 it will all be saved to put towards the IRS. I know I can make a payment plan but the interest rate from what I hear is awful. Again I feel really embarrassed and almost self centered for coming to this platform to ask for money, but desperate times. The support would be so helpful and only if you have the means to do so. Perhaps you can share with people that you think would be willing to help.
