Corwin & Beth Revis - Heart Transplant Recovery
Donation protected
To the wonderful writing and YA community:
You all know and love Beth Revis. She's been there for us for years, offering her beautiful stories and advice.
Now, she needs *our* love. Her husband, Corwin, just had a life-saving heart transplant. It's a wonderful gift of life to their family, but it's a huge surgery, and there will be many out-of-pocket costs during his road to recovery--from big things like medical equipment to cardiac rehab, to small things like meal deliveries and groceries.
Anything you can pitch in, even just $1, will add up and help. Thank you for your generosity of spirit! This is truly an incredible community.

In Beth's own words (from her Instagram post):
Ten hours of surgery, and we’ve only just begun. Thank you to Duke University Hospital and the amazing surgeons, doctors, and nurses who have worked tirelessly since yesterday. Thank you to the donor who gave my husband, the father of my child, a second chance at life. Your heart will never not be loved and appreciated. You’re letting my son grow up with his daddy beside him.
Thank you friends and family for your prayers. We still need them.
Thank you to the family of my husband’s heart donor, who gave more than life last night—they gave hope and love and all things good.
