Wafaa Evey

On Saturday, March 16, 2024, the Montgomery County Community and the Precinct 1 Constable’s Office lost one of our own. Wafaa Evey tragically passed away; she is survived by her husband, Precinct 1 Deputy Thomas Evey, and daughter, Renee. Wafaa dedicated much of her life to working for the citizens of Montgomery County and has worked for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, The Conroe Police Department, and the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office. Throughout her career, Wafaa has taken on countless responsibilities and roles, allowing each agency she worked for to serve each citizen better and more successfully.

Wafaa was a loving wife and mother. Her laughter will be missed throughout her home and office. A positive light and motivator for her friends and everyone who knew her, Wafaa will be missed every day.

On behalf of the family, they would like to express their sincerest gratitude to their friends and the community for the outpouring of love and support they have received.

A celebration of life for Wafaa Evey will be held on March 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Sam Houston Funeral Home in Montgomery, Texas, located at 20850 Eva Street. With the family’s permission, a GoFundMe was created to help the family with final arrangements and immediate expenses.
