Waikiki Yazzie Memorial Fund

Waikiki Kane Yazzie was born March 2, 1976 and passed away June 30, 2020.  She is survived by her longtime partner, Arthur Figueroa, and their children: son Leander and daughter Leilani.  Waikiki and Art were committed to raising their family and she was known to be a devoted, loving and wonderful mother to her children.  Waikiki was also a provider for her family as a dedicated worker at Chase Bank for 10 years.

Waikiki grew up in Kayenta, Arizona and her parents are Mitchell Yazzie and the late Rita Kane.  She was the youngest of six children and her siblings are Jacqueline, Macqueline, Racqueline, Mitchell Yazzie Jr. and Kane Yazzie.  She was much loved by her entire family and known as “Auntie Boo” to all her nieces and nephews for her caring, kind, and supportive role in all their lives.  Her family, friends, and loved ones all miss her dearly.
