Waine IPO Nation Live Singleton Flood

A couple of weeks ago, Waine headed back north to prepare for the seminar with David Buss. Upon arriving home at 2am, he walked in on a squishy carpet and musty smell. At some point over the previous 2 weeks, a pipe had burst in the wall. Because the heat was on, the heat plus water began to grow mold.
The entire upper sub floor was saturated and the race has been on since then to get everything out of the house before it fell into the basement.
The house is now empty. Of course, he has insurance but what they don't tell you is how much of the expenses come off of the much smaller contents rider. All of the furniture, bite suits, helper suits, bag after bag of clothes, all of the weight room was rusted, all of the dog crates were rusted and had mold growing on them. The remediation company expenses come off the contents rider, making the loss out of pocket that much more.
He's still got to pay his mortgage while living in a hotel the last 2 weeks and being tied up with insurance people and contractors all day.
Waine brings a lot of joy to the IPO community and he could use a helping hand right now. I don't know what his out of pocket is going to be yet. Even a prayer is greatly appreciated.
