Friends of Walhachin Society is a not for profit organization operating a historical museum and a community Hall for the South Thompson River area. Located in a 1910 building from the original British settlers, the museum operates on a donation basis. Funds will be used to hire a worker/student to allow the museum to stay open from May to October for the public to visit.
