Walk 500 kilometres this October

October is the optimal month to focus on your health. It is also the month we celebrate thanksgiving. This year I am most grateful for my health and in honour of that I will be walking 500 kilometres. I would also love to donate money to the TEMISKAMING HOSPITAL FOUNDATION to help make improvements to our local health care. By taking on this challenge I hope to raise awareness about the importance of prioritizing your wellbeing and to express my gratitude for the tireless efforts of our healthcare professionals. Every step I take and every dollar raised will bring us closer to providing better care and services to our community. Thanks for any and all donations!
