Walk for homelessness

Hi guys as most of you know I am an avid walker, obsessed some would say.  I had planned two trips to the Camino de Santiago this year but a world pandemic put pay to that.  As this pandemic developed and we were locked down in our home some of us struggled with being coped up and not being able to get out.  Of course this was difficult for us all but we were lucky we had our homes to protect ourselves and keep us safe from covid19.  Unfortunately there we many in our society who were not as fortunate as they had no place to call home & had to try keep themselves safe as they struggled with living on the streets of our cities and towns.

As some of you are aware we as a family have done a lot of fundraising in the past for organisations that work with homeless both here at home and abroad. 

I was planning to do the Waterford Greenway at the end of September just for fun but I have now decided to try raise some money for some charities.  I have decided I will split any monies raised between Focus Ireland & a local charity.  Focus Ireland is a wonderful charity, founded by the amazing Sr. Stanislaus Kennedy, who do amazing work providing care to homeless. 

I would really appreciate if could donate €5, as little as the cost of a coffee or a pint.
