For HONGKONG Human Rights: Walk from DC to Miami

【Walk For Hong Kong】

A group of Hong Kong’s exiled protesters in the United States have formed the Hong Kong Liberation Coalition (HKLC), a Washington DC-based nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to supporting the Hong Kong asylum seekers in the United States through the provision of necessary humanitarian assistance, as well as advocating the international community to take concrete actions in support of the freedom and democracy of Hong Kong.

To share the stories of Hongkongers to the public, members of HKLC decided to WALK FOR HONG KONG- a Walk From DC to Miami. With a walking distance of 1120 miles, this journey will cover various states such as VA,NC and FL etc. During the walk, we will explain the situation in Hong Kong with our own experience to the locals we meet.

This is a walk for democracy, for human rights and for freedom. The money raised will be donated to HKLC, to help them carry on their work in supporting the Hong Kong exiles in America.
