Walk for Limerick Suicide Watch

Despite the stigma attached to suicide slowly being eroded and awareness increasing sometimes the message still doesn't, or can't, get through to everyone who needs it. Limerick Suicide Watch are there to try help those who have slipped through the gap.
Nearly 30 years ago a school friend of mine died by suicide and since then I've seen it take relatives, loved ones, colleagues and a friend's child.
In support of the work they do, I'm going to try walk the legs off myself for the month of March. I'm setting a target of 250km+.
