Walking 100km for Dementia UK

The girls and I will be walking 100km throughout March in aid of Dementia UK.

1st March will be a year since losing my Nan, who suffered with dementia in the last few years of her life - knowing how much of an impact this illness can have on families and how many families are currently coping with a loved one suffering from dementia is why I’ve chosen to help give a little back to this charity.
