Walking for Grace

On the way home from school my daughters best friend Grace was on the bus when it was hit by a tractor.

Her injuries are too extensive to list but include a severed spinal cord leaving her paralysed from the chest down, damage to her liver, a paralysed diaphragm which has left her dependant on a breathing tube, damaged lungs, multiple fractures all over her body and deep cuts.

Georgina has been lost without her friend. Two days before they were two 12 year olds in the sun, splashing in the pool having fun spending time together. Georgina has been struggling feeling she is unable help her friend so we have come up with a plan.

We will be walking from our house to meet Grace at King's college hospital, which is around 18miles. Hoping that we can raise money for Grace's future and give the 2 friends something to smile about together!

I have witnessed the kindness, love and huge generosity given to Grace and her family but we are asking for a bit more!

Please can you dig deep and help us raise as much as we can. Seeing them reunited and happy together will be worth every penny!
