UPDATE:
Jim’s obituary came out this Monday and it is simply beautiful. Rest in Paradise ️❤️
Wallace James Miller, Jr. or as everyone else knew him, Jim, was a tough man with a big heart and he always showed it no matter what. He was compared to Archie Bunker but in the best possible way. He was a Vietnam Vet who owned a successful drywall company, which he retired 20 years ago and moved into building sheds.
He loved kids so much, so much so that he always made sure to decorate and do Halloween for kids. He always enjoyed decorating for the holidays. He was born on April 1, 1953 so of course he always thought and knew that he was the biggest jokester ever. He was such a hard worker to the point where he had a bilateral shoulder replacement. Time passed and he had other health issues but they seemed to be under control until heart valve issues were discovered. On January 24, 2024, Jim was on his way home from work traveling on I-464 northbound when he had a medical emergency behind the wheel.

He was ALWAYS willing to help anyone who needed help but he was not one to ever ask for help. He was a longtime partner of Wendy Camacho and played the role of stepfather to her daughter Alma Camacho. He had 2 beautiful fur babies (one which has passed) that were the biggest daddy’s girls. He always enjoyed sitting on the front porch with them while it was raining. He was loved and cared for until his final days.
With all this happening very unexpectedly, now there's one less income and expenses from his sudden death in order to reorganize a budget there are immediate expenses that need to be taken care of.
