Walley's Emergency Room Adventure

Hello friends!

Walley gave us quite a scare today when he needed to be taken to the emergency room for a urinary blockage. This can be fatal in cats if left untreated, so we didn't waste any time in getting him help!

He got treatment at the only vet hospital in Richmond that is open on Sundays, and he's currently being kept there overnight and monitored to make sure the blockage doesn't reform.

Obviously, we are very very glad that we were able to get him help and that he is going to be ok, BUT his treatment did come with a pretty shocking price tag; around $4000!
