Walt Wetherington - Walts Guitars

Folks, a longstanding member of the Triangle Music scene is in desperate need of our help.

Walt Wetherington (Walt's Guitars), has unfortunately been thru many difficult and financially crippling medical issues over the past few years. The result is that he has become unable to continue to teach or play music to help supplement his very minimal disability check.

Now, he is just hours away from losing his longtime home which

has created more issues that make his situation virtually unmanageable and he is unable to drive due to his medical issues again compounding the urgency of this situation.

We have arranged assistance to move his few remaining possessions to another location so he won't lose those few items, but he has a beautiful dog and himself to still support.

This Go Fund Me account goes straight to Walt for his benefit.

Times are tough, inflation has gone thru the ceiling, and gas and groceries just

keep going up. Walt is simply trying to make it from one day to the next.

It is not a good time to be asking for donations. But if you can, please help.

Walt as a player, teacher, & music store owner has contributed to our music scene for decades. He has brought us so much joy and happiness through music, it's time we come together to show our appreciation.

While benefit concerts, etc are very kind, Walt's need is immediate and can not come soon enough to help our brother.
