Walter Abbott Fundraiser

Good afternoon everyone. My name is Steve Whittington. This message is for all of my friends, their friends, my relatives and your relatives. A friend of mine, who is more like a brother because I've know him all of my life. Through elementary and high school, through church and sports, I can't remember a day without him being a part of my life because we were also neighbors. 2023 was a year of ultimate testing for my Brother. He lost his baby sister and his oldest sister within a matter of weeks. All that despite being diagnosed with cancer at which he is being treated for now. Friends I'm talking about Walter Abbott Jr. Last night his house burned down. He lost everything, including his car. He lost four pets that were dear to him. Three cats and a dog. I'm pleading to all that read this announcement. Even if you don't know me or Walter and his family. I know all of them. If it's not too much to ask, please spread the word to your neighbors, church members, golfing buddies, your bowling league, anyone that you can think of. I've spoken with him and despite what he's going through, his faith and trust in God is rock solid.
