Walter and Wendy

What's up!?

It's Jenna and Casey! "Walter and Wendy" is a passion project that the two of us have had in the works for a while now. It's a story of friendship, humiliation, identity crises and first loves. We hold this story very dear to our hearts . It has grown with the two of us over the span of a few years at this point. Now here's Jenna to tell you how it got it's start (Queue "I'll Come Running Back To You " by Sam Cooke and The Soul Stirrers)...trust us:

 

It's Jenna here,

I came up with this idea with an old friend in a Bosa Donut parking lot late one night in Arizona. It traveled all the way to California with me. I've been working on this idea for about four years now and I couldn't get it perfect until I met my best friend Casey. So I asked my bestie, "Hey want to help me out?" she said "I do!" and now the band is together, and I feel so so so proud of this beautiful, little script and I am so excited to have this be my first project to show off!

 

It's Casey here,

I've been working on this idea for sometime now and it's been going quite swimmingly. My best friend Jenna started it and that's probably my favorite part. The story is funny (I swear) and deeply heartbreaking (I think). To be seventeen and secretly in love with a bestie is both of those. I hope "Walter and Wendy" will get you giggling, cringing and everything in between.
