Walter Tull 100 with Combat Stress

Donation protected
Raising funds and awareness for Combat Stress by commemorating the centenary of the death of pioneering footballer and first Black officer in the British army, Walter Tull (1888 - 1918); who suffered from Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The funding will make possible an Armistice Day centennial event and play and a Spartan Trifecta obstacle race challenge. We want to create a legacy of hope for combat veterans through celebrating one of the great British heroes. We will use the event to publicise the challenges veterans face, raise funds and to ask more Black and Asian veterans to come forward for support.

Please donate to make this vision a reality. A centenary only happens once and we plan to honour a true inspiration for this generation and others to come.
