WAMSB Championships in West Virginia

The Green Beret Marching band is a not-for-profit youth competitive marching organization, founded in 1966. It was formed to provide a positive summer music experience with a focus on personal growth and entertainment through competitions and continues the same focus to this day. It is our goal to see that every student is able to participate regardless of his or her financial limitations.

The Green Beret are the current MACBDA class A champions as well as holding every class A caption award. We have also competed in DCI soundsport holding best in class and 2 gold rankings.

This summer we have been invited to compete in the World Association of Marching Show Bands (WAMSB) world competition in West Virginia. With the price of everything getting more expensive, we still need to raise some money for the trip in July. We strive to keep the membership cost low so that every person can enjoy music and marching regardless of their financial situation. These kids from 10-21 have been working hard since March and we would love to see them get to West Virginia. This competition has bands from 15 different countries all over the world attending. Can you help us make the Green Beret one of them?
