Wanda Wood medical bills fundraiser

If you know Wanda Wood you know that she is the independent, hard working, nothing can stop me type. Nothing has ever been able to get her down, until recently when she became so sick it was almost impossible to get through the day, and she got the diagnosis no one wants to hear, colon cancer. Wanda is employed with the Monroe County Sheriffs Office and has insurance, but she is single and lives on one income. She has surgery tomorrow, following the multitude of doctor bills she has already incurred, with many more bills to come. She will be in the hospital for about 5 days and home 2-3 weeks before she can return to work. Before getting sick Wanda worked 3 different jobs. She has never been one to ask for help, but now she needs all the support she can get. I am sharing this Go Fund Me page in the hopes of helping relieve at the least a little of the financial stress so Wanda can rest easy while she continues her recovery!
