Want to move so I can be with my family

Hi, my name is Joe, I'm a 35 year old from England.

Over the last 18 months I've managed to find a person I want to spend my life with, only down side she happens to live on the other side of the world in Australia, New South Wales. So seeing eachother is definitely not easy, and definitely not cheap, last year I proposed to her and she amazingly said yes.

The reason I'm here looking for help is I need to find the money to move to Australia, apply for a visa and also fund the travel costs to have my dog, a 6 year old German Shepherd, to come with me. I obviously can't leave her behind as she's like a kid to me.

The visa costs are looking to be around the £5k mark and other £3k roughly to organise my dog, anything extra after that would be used to help organise sending my belongings.

I'm obviously putting money together myself as this whole process is a lengthy and costly thing to do.

I'm not one to ask for charity, but any way I can get myself to be with my new family it would be a massive help.
