War is burning and tearing up my family's life

Hi,

My name is Yasser Matar, a husband and a father of a 3y/o son. I'm an Engineer from Gaza.

Due to the conflict in Gaza, I've been displaced with my family more than 4 times, eventually staying in a tent in a camp in the middle of nowhere in Mawasi area with no clean water or secured food.

My son has been suffering a full year of insufficient and unhealthy nutrition, as well as recurrent diseases. He also lost his rights to develop naturally. I believe every child in this age should have few developmentally-improving toys like a tricycle, puzzles, Lego, and visual stories. However, my son is deprived of all of this, and all what he learns is the sound of bombing and the smell of death.

My tent is small and its walls stores heat inside. It also doesn't protect from rain drops as they leak through. The toilet is barely covered and it is basically a hole in the ground with no actual toilet.

I suffer from flies, reptiles, and many kinds of insects that bring us diseases and infections frequently.

The ground is simply dirty soil.

No clean water in the area as it resembles an actual desert and I have to walk long distances (1-2Kmx2) daily to bring clean water back to the tent using empty water bottles and a single gallon. I also do the same to bring normal water to use in the bathroom for washing and bathing.

I'm sick and tired of burning wood to prepare food as there is no available gas, and I have to be exposed to fire smoke in daily basis, which makes me suffocate sometimes.

Of course I lost my job since the beginning of the conflict 1 year ago and I have no savings left. I used to live on food aids in the past few months but they are no longer letting these enter Gaza strip and I can't afford buying anything from the streets because the prices are sky-rocketing.

My phone's screen got broken recently and I can't use it anymore and I'm currently using my wife's till I find a solution.
