Skydive for Kim

On the 24th of June, my brother Harry and I have decided to do a skydive for a ward close to our heart. In July 2021, our Dad and Kim got married. It was an incredible day filled with so much love. Unfortunately only a month later, Kim found out her cancer had come back and therefore was admitted to ward 303 at Derby Royal Hospital. Kim was such a loving mother figure and would do everything and anything for us. She enjoyed life every day and made the most of every opportunity she got. However on the 23rd of September, Kim suffered a brain haemorrhage. This came as a big shock to the whole family but thanks to ward 303, it meant that all of the family could visit Kim before she passed away. Including her 2 sons Sean and Jason who had to travel up from Cornwall and London. We were all so thankful for the support from the ward staff, as well as the palliative care nurse and would love to give something back to them. We will update this with photos:)
