Ward 8 Youth at Nationals Park 2019
Tax deductible
Hello Supporters of Ward 8 Youth with Natitude!
The Washington Nationals are the hottest ticket in DC sports right now. While the excitement is real, we think it would mean a lot more to the kids with a complete baseball experience with refreshments.
This is what we are looking for when ACC brings Ward 8 youth to Nationals Park for the 7th Annual Ward 8 Youth at Nationals Park Baseball Outing on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 1:35 pm (with a rain date of Sunday, August 18th).
Every year for the now the seventh year, the Anacostia Coordinating Council (ACC) has been bringing Ward 8 youth to Nationals Park to enjoy a traditional baseball experience. The key word here is "traditional" because tradition is a practice that grounds our lives and gives us something to look forward to. Your contributions defray the costs of transportation and an authentic ballpark experience with refreshments for nearly 200 Ward 8 chaperoned youth.
With the annual baseball outing, and now the Ward 8 Little League program, ACC is hoping to demonstrate that community traditions, with grit and perseverance over time, can keep us looking forward while tending to the present. We hope your past and continued tax-deductible contributions of support for this event will continue this tradition. Please contribute and help us offer more entertainment options for Ward 8 youth.
Thank you!
