Gosse Family

As you’re likely aware by now, the world lost a beloved father, son, husband, and friend today in Ward Gosse. Ward was internationally known throughout the softball scene for his many accomplishments, professionalism, competitiveness, and respect for the game. Although not internationally known, provincially Ward was a stalemate on defense for many years in his ascent through the Newfoundland hockey ranks, capped off by winning numerous Herder championships throughout his senior years. But most importantly, he was known for his love and dedication to his family. Whether it was taking his daughters to volleyball, taking his son to hockey, or helping his wife with her animal rescue, there was nothing he wouldn’t do for any one of them.

They say true judgement of a man is by the number of friends he has, nothing else. Based on this judgement alone, Ward was one of a kind!

It’s at this time that the Gosse family could really use friends to get them through this difficult time, and the road ahead. Please find it in your heart to support this wonderful family. Many thanks in advance.
